Kent Water Purifier
Non resolution of complaint

Had launched a request for servicing of water purifier on 31/08, which request no. given was 288, but since then no one has visited the place yet, in spite of calling at least 10 times, whenever i call in the evening they say that someone will visit next morning or if i call in morning the response is that someone will come that evening. i am forced to drink pakaged bottled water as the filteration is not happening at all.
