Sub: Non responsive attitude by Khaitan Electricals Limited against
complaint as sent couple of months back for after sales service of Ocio Pedestral Fan purchased on 10/05 from Gorabazar ‘The Sound of Music’.
Sir,
Most unfortunate the said Company does not adhere to the customer care policy. They do not even attend the phone calls neither checks the E Mails regarding the complaints.
Please take necessary action against the said Firm as per the Law under intimation to me. To note, to some extent the said Retail shop is also liable.
