Dear sir,

1. i was employed with kitchen appliancess india limited.

2. my pf number is MH/BAN/43305/1941

3. I had applied for provident fnd withdrwal.

4. I/BANK had received the cheque also.

5. but by mistake your office had mentioned the wrong bank a/c no. on the cheque.

6. account number mentioned was 19410100012097.

7. whereas my account no. mentioned on the provident fund withdrwal form is

19410100012092.

8. cheque nos isssued by you office was

433660 for rs. 4, 904 and cheque no. 948370 for rs. 68, 947 (state bank of india).

9. on 31st december i had send back the cheques alongwith phtocopy of provident fund withdrwal form which i had submitted for withdrwal.

10. dear sir, kindly let me know by when i can get my payment.
