Sir/Mam,
I purchased a New Nokia Mobile Handset from Planet-M, PVR Saket on 21st Aug. purchase handset from Deepak - Planet-M Floor Manager 9716936236, now he got transferred to Select citiwalk Planet-M..
From 2nd month of purchase of handset i started facing so much problem, thn within 3-4 months i went to nokia care for some repairing, they considered by mobile out of warranty as per nokia care system.. the warranty is already finished in July'09, before the purchase of handset. Since last 3months, im so much fed up complaining & taking rounds in planet-m & nokia care for the same issue. they literally made me cry to resolve it. But my problem is not resolved. On above, the handset is giving so so much problem, it hangs down, camera problem, now even main key stopped working. i couldnt even use my new cell properly for 1 month since purchase, Also Got to know it was 2yrs. back old handset kept in showroom. which was been sold to me.
Please take serious action on this issue, else i have to do case on nokia also along with planet m, for the same. Nokia is giving dealership to such centers who are faking the customer. My such expensive handset al in drain.
