I had purchased one microwave oven (Model No. KMC-2323) on 23-01. The sales- man in the counter had assured that one operating adviser shall visit your home shortly and coach you about the operation of the oven and demonstrate you various cookings. As per his instruction I had recorded my address in the register. But so far none has turned up. Pl help me in this regard and send one to coach me.
