Replacement of defective camera by another defective camera

Dear Sir,

I stay in Ichalkaranji city of kolhapur district. I have submitted Kodak C143 camera (during guarantee period) for flash problem on 17 Dec. 2011 at Pune Kodak Service Centre.

They have given replacement of that camera to my person which is another old camera and having memory card problem.

The company should have given me a new camera as replacement.

Now again they are telling me to travel to pune with camera.

Please help in this regard.
