Lence Problems

My self Rajnarayanprasad Kurmi. I purchase kodak camera C195 (Serial No: KCGNA10902418) on 24 april. On deted 08/october submited camera for the problem of lens & dust issue at andheri kodak service centre.

He say after 7-8 days you can receive your camera but i contacting on 18 october he say stock of lens are not available in kodak company, you wait some more days.

I contacting 14-15 times in 01202406614 & 9820451066 (Miss Priyanka) but she is not given me proper feedback.
