Kodak is a third class company with third class products and having a third class useless customer care support.oh god why i bought a kodak camera.if u want to suffer mentally then only purchase kodak items... because after that only god can help you to get any service.oh jesus please help those people who without thinking purchase kodak products.amin...
I bought a kodak camera and new camera was faulty. I returned it for repair or replacement to kodak office. And after 50days iam not sure when i will get my camera back.i talked to thier customer care office at least 25times but they have only one answer - sir it will be repkaced in 4-5days... and when thier 4-5days will complete even god dont knows.
It is my request to all indian public please dont purchase any kodak item if you dont want mental tension...
God please help me...
