Non receipt of offer goods but E.M.I. Getting deducted from the account against credit card

Amount charging from credit card without delivering productI have placed an order for kodac digital camera on 20th Feb to M/s AVA Merchandising Pvt. Ltd. and as per their commitment it will be delivered to me within 21 days. Now after two month they cannot able to give even a satisfactory answer and without delivering the product they charged 2nd EMI from my HDFC credit card.no.4346781007456080on18.04.2010.Everytime i call on company's helpline their executive says product will be delivered within 4 to 5 days. after many emails and calls i did not get my product and charged2ndEMI.So please look in to this matter as soon as possible and help me to get my product or my money back or send my product.
