We have purchased following Electronics from Kohinoor Televideo Pvt Ltd (Dadar
East) on 5-DEC...
1) Washing Machine -- Samsung, Model#: FULL90AWM
2) Air Condition -- Samsung, Model#:S1.5183CSB
1) Washing Machine:- Since we have received this washing machine it is not
working properly. Water intake is not proper, clothes does not dry properly and
the buzzer system is not proper.
We have asked for replacement several times and always they replying that we
don't have the product for replacement. We are really frustrated with this
episode we require REPLACEMENT of this product.
2) Air Condition:- Air Condition's Outdoor item is damaged. Because of this the
AC is not functioning properly. We get loud noises when we ON the AC.We have
asked for replacement several times and always they replying that we
don't have the product for replacement. We are really frustrated with this
episode we require REPLACEMENT of this product.
