Dear friends,

If you want to buy a mobile in your life, always buy from reputed and famous brands, never ever by stuff from new players as they are cheap and miser infact unethical in dealing customers.

I have bought Olive VG- 800 handset, as my requirement was I wanted a GSM and CDMA combination, as I never wanted to carry two handsets, just because of this weak point of mine I serched the internet and found OLIVE as a solution, which has now become my pain.

When I purchased the handset it was told it has 100 days replacement gurantee, infact it is printed on the hanset box also. I started facing hang issue in first month itself, infact it had a software configuration issue, I activated phone lock and kept my password as my rountine number, which I can never forget, well when I stared using it worked by after 3-4 time it started showing password incorrect, I called up the customer care and briefed them, they directed me to their redington service center gurgaon, but before that I approached the dealer in J block saket market (Web net Solution)

from where I bought it, I briefed he also said to contact redingtton service center gurgaon, irrespective of the fact that It can be replaced as my handset has still not touched 100days limit. I tried convincing him, but then I approached redington service center, they have placed all fools on customer dashboard, he took my cell for 3 days for simple unlocking and charged 500 bucks with loads of attitude and behaving as if am beggar..Well after three days he gave min back... then my cell was unlocked but could not read the SIM, kept again for 2 days then my SIM woked but only for few minutes gr888 they have changed the BT board without my permission which indeed led to change in IMEI no, this has led to invalidation of my buying bill, they did not even gave back my old IEMI sticker, after this new chnage it still did not workafter every 10 mins it showed white tubelight plain screen without display, as phone was on soi could atleast answer it without seeing who is calling, because I knew which is the answer key, post that I approached all the OLIVE team... so called north heads they did gave me a sympathetic answer that they are trying by giving numbers of all their bosses, but no follow up infact I was madly after them, then they say that go back to redington, they will rectify the issue again free of cost..and will give you back 500 bucks..gr8 solution... and everyone swalloed the replacement policy... siteing me as a defaulter..gr8r

" I would suggest OLIVE, that it would have been gr8 if u had given 7 day replacement like other brands, rather giveing a 100 day replacement as that is wht has created all the trouble i feel, and seems how much ur affordibility is...

So would suggest you they are new buisnessmen with lesser money, so they dont abide by what they say..total unethical company with false commitments and false policies only for the sake of promotions..

Folks help me with suggestion contacts etc..though I keep my consumer court option open..
