Everyday getting truble

I had purchase a 1 ton ac of Koryo Company, from big bazaar chennai 5days back, since I had purchased it I am getting trouble, its not cooling, too noisy, didn't know whats wrong with this ac, i am Still sitting in hot and my AC that i purchased that is just like a showcase picture for make my home hot in hot days, that was bad day on that day I desiced to buy this
