Koryo air conditioner 1.5 tonne
Ac not functioning properly

I had purchase koryo 1.5 tonne in march and since then there is some problem or the other regarding the performance of the ac.now since the last two months the ac is not working .and i have tried in vain to get it rectified.the service centre people have removed some part and send it to the their bangalore office.they are saying that the bangalore office have send them defective part both times.the service is apalling and so is the product . i advise all prospective buyers to avoid buying it and spend a few more rupees to get a branded ac and do not make the mistake that i have made.my complaint no is 191959
