I had submitted My Sony Ericcson Handset to your Planet M R Mall Mulund Outlet for repairs on 30th Nov.
I was informed that it would be done in max 15 days and your associates would update me the status of the progress in a week.
Now its been a month and I still haven't got my Handset repaired neither a callback from Planet M associates.
Their employees are not even courteous enough to give a Courtesy callback to the customer.
I had co ordinated with your associate Mr. Hussain as well as the Sony Ericcson Service Manager Mr. Aditya Thane Branch.
I was told by Mr. Hussain that Thane branch is out of stock of W580i Motherboards.
When Mr. Aditya was contacted he informed me that they have not received an approval from Planet M for go ahead with the repairs.
After several follow ups I was ensured that the repairs would be done in 2 days.
And now am been given a Rude Shock that My Handset cannot be repaired.
This is absolute Negligence from Planet M end.
As a Customer I don't expect such negligence from a reputed Outlet like Planet M.
