This complaint is regarding our A/C which we bought from BigBazar Netaji Subhash Place Delhi first of all they have not provided any service centre number where we can lodged our complained after purchase no body came for the installation from our end have done all the installation would like to update since begining its not been working properly for this have discussed with ur big bazar also but no response
ITS REALLY RIDICULAS SUCH KIND OF COMPANY NO BODY HAS ACCONTABILITY SECONDLY TILL DATE WE ARE NOT AWARE THE LOCAL SERVICE DETAILS WHERE WE CAN LODGED OUR COMPLAIN THIS IS A CONSUMER PRODUCT WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE OUR CONCERN ITS NOT WORKING AT ALL SECONDLY THERE IS NO QUALITY AS SUCH IN TERMS OF COMPESSER AND OTHER FUNCTION PRICE DOESNOT MEAN U WILL PROVIDE THE QUALITY ARRANGE TO REVERT WITH EARLY ACTION SECONDLY IF U DONOT REPLY WILL FORWARD THIS COMPLAIN TO CONSUMER c OR GIVE US THE DETAILS OF ASIA PACIFIC HEAD SO WE CAN DISCUSS WE TOTALLY WANT TO REPLACE THERE IS NO QUESTION OF REPAIRING ETC. HOPE U CAN UNDERSTAND OUR CONCERN AWAITING URGENT REPLY FROM UR END AND PROVIDE US THE NORTH DELHI SERVICE CENTRE DETAILS .
