Not working not purifying no out put

I purchased waterpurifier with RO in month of oct gauranteed given by company for one year but it is not working and i am bound to drink hard water and my wife has been gone surgery of stone of gall blader in the month of jan after many complaint one man came and do something but this equipment still not working now iI have been hopelss My telephone no is 9425201575 and address is HIG -82 sector -1 Pt DDU Nagar Raipur Chhattishgarh i purcheged water purifier in my name is J P Singh what should i do to get my waterpurifier in working condition i am ready to pay charges if necessary though it is still under warranty period Thanks and Regards J P SINGH
