The Koryo product is not working nymore right after 3 days from the purchase date

I have bought a koryo electronic rice cooker recently with model no: KEC 1823 and se.no APKEC18B11HO123 on 31/1 at a big bazaar, a division of pantaloon retail ltd. T.C38/1650 malabar castle, M.G road, Panhavangadi, trivandrum, kerala - 695036.

After returning to my home town Hyderabad it was not working anymore. In regard to this when i went to make a complaint at customer care Big Bazaar, Ameerpet, hyderabad, on 7 th feb, they were n't any interested in my complaint and said they were handling no more complaints of Koryo products and told us to make a complaint to customer care email id of big bazaar. Please someone help me in this regard.
