Not installation waited from 24.12.2010

i purchase one in no water koryo heater.still i am waiting for installation from 24 Dec to tilltodate.i complained so many time persanaly and telephonic but no action taken by big bazar persion.this is my last requiest to you.and tomarrow i surch other way
