I purchased i freeze modal primium DFF 44 from Nasavri -gujrat Desai & com before 3 years, now on last month their was cooling problem and some noise came from freeze so we lodge complain to M/s Desai & com and they came and told that our heater was failed, so they told that they booked order to com and when com sent heater then they will put, after some days we phone when our heater will come then they told that in your comp their shortage of parts and it will take time, after 25 days, from J.H, Care Mr Hiteshbhai came and change heater and we demand for bill for 4500 which we paid then they hesitate and after we told we paid after you will give bill to us, then they gave bill and told if tomorrow heater will again failed then they will not responsible. at that time i told them ke why heater looks like old one, heater was looks like so old, like they took it from another old freeze, then they don't agree they changed heater on 8-5 and we again complain on 12 th their was no cooling in it and body become so hot, then they came and told that their was fault in p.c box, and i again told them that this is old one, pl give me phone number of head office pan they don't gave me number and talked so so ruff and i took head office number from another way and i talked with MR, Valjibhai that what happened and he told that hiteshbhai will come and do need ful, they came and i told that you put old one parts then he told that i have so many parts and i have 12 months old stocks so i put that 12 months old stock so it looks old and at same time j asked mr Valji bhai on phone and he told that i have 5 years old stocks in my show room so i took that parts so it looks old, so i told that hitesh bhai told it si one year old stock, you told it is 5 years old stock and f rom Desai & com they told that they put order to the company and company sent part on that day only, who is right??? company sent it after order and it take 25 days then who is right??? all three have different answer for same things. then j asked for company's number and add but then they told that we took our old part and we will give you your money back. today they went but they will come on monday on18-5 and they agree to take their old part and give me money back, its prove that they change old heater in my freeze.they take full amount of new part and change old one. then they told that you have to put order to company direct and we don't know and tell you that when company will send heater to you, it will take time of 3-4 months also, then you are suffer.

if you sale freeze then you have to send all the parts to shops and sales department, in this hot summer your client was suffer and they don;t trust in your name and product again in future. if my problem is not solve then i have to take action through gharak suraksha, and if you don't take any action on this i will complain then after one week i lodge complain in grahak surksha,
