NO RESPONSE ON SEVERAL OF COMPLAINTS AT CUSTOMER CARE

Hi, I am Rajnish and I bought a KORYO Home Theatre System from Big Bazar. On one day when I found its display panel is not function anymore, I registered a complaint for KORYO home theatre system in October. I got no response of this complaint from KORYO Company. I again registered the same complaint in January on this there engineer visited and told me that the part (transformer) has to be replace. I told him that the warranty is about to expire and he convinced me that part will be replaced with no cost to you. But, i m shocked to tell you that now its March and no one has come back. I have given several of calls to the service centre and also to their Customer Care Centre but no one have courtesy to turn back and tell me the status. My expereince is very bad with KORYO and its after sales is worst. I will never suggest anyone for KORYO product.
