I am not getting the product even after one month time.(order booked on 04.03.2011; committed to give delivery within 21 working days) Now I have a doubt about the transaction, commitment by your corporate, the delivery schedule, transparency by your marketing team. Every day when I call some of the call centre personnel attend the phone even without knowing the information of the past and give us new commitment and request to wait for one more week which is absolutely ridiculous. This shows there is no commitment from your end. I feel I have committed a mistake by using your website for on line purchase of product. Kindly confirm per return mail the position of delivery schedule at present.
If no action is taken as of today kindly treat this order stands cancelled and credit the amount of Rs.9294/- to my SBI CREDIT CARD NO. 5101 2869 2629 9530.
Other wise pls note that I have to go for legal action against your company wih a compensation for time lost. Also the information will be passed on to prospective buyers.

This refers to the purchase of Philips Home Theatre System Product code:2515; Purchased thru credit card on 04.03.11 thru teleshopping. At the time of order booking I have been informed the product will be delivered within 21 working days but unfortunate to express my grievance that even after 26 working days the product has not been dispatched from your warehouse. I have contacted over phone your office in Bangalore at least 10 time during last 4 days. None of the persons in customer care gives the correct picture and always I am getting information that product dispatched thru BLUE DART vide Way Bill Ref 58128815651. This information I am getting every day when I contact your office.
Since I am not getting the product but I have no other way but to cancel my order.By this mail I regret to inform you that I have been forced to cancel the order if the product is not reaching within next two working days and get refund from your company.
Till today (01.04.2011) the product has not been dispatched from your warehouse.
