Major service Issue

Dear Sir,

I would like to put your attention toward service provided me in last 11 months for my Koryo Television.

I am sorry sir but I am really disappointed with your product and service. I Thought now television is at such a stage where there are very minimum issues for television PCB's now.

But my television need 2 time service, I am not sure whether it is issue of Product or service chain.

Recentlly my television is facing issue where I was getting blank strip at top and end of screen. For which I called service guy and he solved 99% issue at my home only. Now there is really minor issue for which he took television PCB to service center, and while doing so he assure me that this is minor issue now I will resolve it with in 2 days only and install your PCB back to TV.

After 2 days (3Fri10) when I call on pune service center number, person how pick phone informed me they ask for some spares. So it will take some more time. After that I call on central customer care so I could ask them to provide required spare immediately but they told service center not asked for any spare.

I called back again to service center that time they said Sir, we think may be spare required but it is not. So your PCB is ready now and under observation you will get it on Saturday (4dec10). I said ok. On Saturday I called on number person said yes sir you will get PCB today by 4 PM. I called on 5 PM that time he said our technical person is went out by any time he will reach your home. PCB is not received on Saturday.

I tried to call on Sunday but it seem it is Holiday for them.

I tried on Monday, he said Sir there are some more issue appear to your kit after half an hour PCB is down. So we are looking for it. So I said give me final date when I will get my PCB back. He committed me on Wednesday. Again when I called on Wednesday he told me sir it is under testing so you will get it on Thursday. I called on Thursday he said yes our technical person will come today and fit your PCB. NO person came from there. When I called on Friday he again start with same story sir yesterday at last moment we found some issue. So today you will get it. I asked him for Technical person number. When I called him he told me sir your kit is having issue. After my this communication service center person stop picking up my phone. Technical person stop picking my phone. Again I called back to central customer care. There every time lady says sir give me your mobile number I call you back with status but she never call back.

Now status is service center is not picking up my phone. Technical person picked my phone and informed you will get PCB by today (11 DEC 10).

But after all my discussion with above persons I am frustrated and sorry to say its my MISTAKE I PURCHASE KORYO TELEVISION.
