Bit TV not installed till date

Hi,

I had purchased Koryo TV with Big TV in Offer on 01 July 10. But till the date i didn't get Big TV. Regarding to the same issue i had word with Big Bz (Kalyani Nagar - Pune) Manager, but no revert from his end.
