Not greeting my product

I purchased HP Laptop from Jalan Distributors Gorakhpur on 18-01

and send bank draft 9000 rs/- 10-04 to HP Redemption Cell along with other docs to avail the LCD offer.

Since 10-04 i didn't received LCD except they send me an email to wait (for how long?)
