Not getting Mobile after sending to service centre

I am Harleen from Kuldip Enterprises, I have purchased Blackberry Model Bld

9000 some time before and i have face some problem in it, so i send it in Okhla

Service Centre one month before. Since it get so long time to send we didn't

get it repair. Whenver we call at Service Centre they always used to say that the

Mobile has gone for replacement it will took a week to come, So call next

week. This we are hearing from last one month and our mobile is not getting

back. My Complaint no is 5878 and it is from the name of Kuldip Enterprises. Due

to this i have suffer a lot of loss in business also. Please send me your
