Sir I have purchased lava A10 mobile on 3rd April through internet banking. It has been 20 days from the day we have ordered, but still we did not get the mobile. An amount of Rs.4970 was also deducted from our account. We need an assurance about the date of delivery of the item that we have ordered.please reply to us as soon as possible.
