Hi,

This is Anil Sherkar from pune. I bought LAVA A10 Two months before and now I am getting problem in my Touch Screen (it’s not working).

So I given this mobile to the service center available in pune on 18th June but still it is pending from service center.

I visited there 3 -4 times but no response from those people. They always says that it will take more days to repair.

Last time they said that you will have to wait for 25 days more.

Is it okey…….???

What u think, can somebody can manage without mobile for more than a month just because of service center problem.

One thing more, I called to your customer care at Noida but they want the WO order no.

There is a one more conflict between service center and us. That they provided only Job Sheet no. and there is no computerized receipt and work order I got from service center.

Can I expect for a reply from your side as a responsible representative of a brand name company LAVA? Service center Details are as follows.
