This in reference to my purchase of a Panasonic Cube AC 1.25 on 09/06. I purchased the same from Raipur Electronics, 205 A.P.C. Road, Kolkata: 4 (Near
Shyambazar Five Point). The installation got done by the shopkeeper on 11/06.
The cooling was just for a day and after that the AC stopped cooling, I called up the
Toll free no and registered the complaint and got the case id i.e.005746 on 24/06.They also gave me the name and contact details of Sudipta Mandal (9163390419). After several calls the engineer from the company visited on 28/06 and informed that there is a Gas lick age due to which the cooling is not taking place and as per the Engineer it happened because the installation was not done properly by the shopkeeper. The Gas was refilled on 29/06, the machine worked for a day and again the issue is same its not getting cooled.
I informed the shopkeeper about the same and asked him to change the machine, But he is not at all ready to change the same and saying that this is a very common issue. I don’t understand that why I will have to fill gas in a new machine which is not a month old also???
It is because of the wrong installation by whom I really don’t know... “BUT THE MAIN THING IS CUSTOMER IS SUFERRING “I need the machine to be changed. In case I do not get proper response from the company and the shop keeper I will be forced to go to Consumer Forum for the same.
