KEYPAD PROBLEM

I HAVE PURCHASED LAVA A-9 MOBILE Sl. No. A9110D8605321, IMEI NO. 91004078296527, 91004078296535 FROM SHRI BALAJI TRADERS, SADAR BAZAR, SHAHJAHANPUR (UP) ON 03 NOV'2010. SUDDENLY MOBILE SET KEYPAD IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THE SET IS UNDER GAURANTY PERIOD SO I HAVE CONTACT TO ATHOURISED SERVICE CENTRE "ROYAL COMMUNICATION", LAL IMLI CHAURAHA, SHAHJAHANPUR & SET WAS HANDEDOVER TO SERVICE ENGINEER ON 12.9.2011.

I HAVE MEAT/CONTACT TO SERVICE ENGINEER SEVERAL TIMES BUT HE TOLD ME THAT THE PART OF THE SET IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS SERVICE CENTRE AND PART IS BEING ARRANGE FROM NOIDA CENTRE AND NO SATISFACTORILY REPLIED. AFTER ONE MONTH PASSED BUT MY MOBILE IS STILL WITH SERVICE CENTER AND NOT YET REMOVED ITS PROBLEMS. PLEASE ARRANGE TO MY PROBLEM AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
