I have submitted my LAVA A9 handset imei no. 910040073638723 on 9-04 at lava service centre frasline tech care, shop no. 3, ratnadeep co-op society, carter road no. 1, borivali (e), mumbai, maharashtra.
i have made hundreds of call to the service centre but till date my handset isn't repaired. i have also made several calls at lava customer care but it seems they are too irresponsible in their job. i feel very irritated by them. Kindly reply what to do in this particular case.
