Service Engineer not attending in warrantee period

I have purchased SAMSUNG make LCD TV on 17th March from Fundamental Electronics, City Centre, salt Lake, Kolkata. Invoice no is FECC/09-10/6383 dated 17th March. The remote is not functioning properly, its battery is getting exhauted in 3 days. I have lodged a complain on 13.10.2010. Since then nobody from Samsung's end attended the call. Whenever I call to Samsung Call Center I get reply " The complain will be attended soon." My Complain no is BP-8414038967

It is a very sorry state of affiar and poor show from SAMSUNG. Request to act on it.
