I had ordered a mobile handset from Letsbuy.com. The mobile has a defect that i am not able to hear anything on it.
I have the DOA certificate with me and now i am trying to contact the customer support at letsbuy.com, but there is no one available on the 24*7 customer support
Emails are never responded
