Purchased Pigeon Induction Stove Model RAPIDO ECO on 17/08 from M/s. Vasanth & Co. North Usman Road, T.Nagar, Chennai vide their Bill No.12410000038917 dt.17/08 in the name of Sri. T.M.Prakash, Mobile No.98422 09866. Your product stopped working just in a month's time and we handed over the induction stove to your authorised dealer M/s. Mukesh Metal Corporation, 44/41, Mahaveer Market, Ekambarewar Agraharam street, Chennai 600003 for repairs vide Job No.982 dt.24/09. After a gap of 3 weeks we have received back the stove on 15/10. The very same day the stove developed problems and once again we have handed over the stove to your dealer on 18/10 vide Job No.2591dt18/10 (16th & 17th Oct being holidays). We are not for commenting any more in this regard but we want justice. Please act and do the needful at the earliest.
