Poor service and follow up

I have purchased a 1.5ton split AC from

M/s Vasanth &co Purasawalkkam on saturday (03.04.2010) at about 14.00hrs in the after noon.

The seller promised me that the equipment will be installed with in 24 hrs. I had contacted LG on Monday (05.04.10) they gave a complaint no: C1040503998. Even after calling the service persons and Customer care office (044-65510501) no one has been deputed to install the AC till to day (08.0410).

This has caused a lot of anguish, wastage of time, money and sadness that despite collecting money for installation in advance the LG has irresponsible to its customer in not fulfilling its obligations.
