I have an LG AC which is under warranty period.. It had a faulty motor which as per LG engineer needed to be replaced.. I have this issue/ticket (31032701772) opened on 27th April.. I havent heard back from them since that day.. Everytime I call the LG customer care number, they say sorry for the inconvenience and this issue will get resolved soon.. But when?? Its me who has been calling them and not they... LG customer care is vey poor.. If they dont have the LG spareparts in there stock then y do they sell window ACs... Please be aware before you purchase an LG AC...
