To CEO, COO, CFO, MD and all Top Executives,
Dear Sirs,
This is with the sheer disappointment w/ LG service and quality, I am compelled to write this email to you. Without
taking much of your time here, below is the quick summary of the harrassment I am facing from LG:
1) Bought a brand new LG LCD Television 42 inch 42LD460 on 30-11.
2) TV had dead pixel issue and some of the files like MKV/VOB did not work.
3) Reported Pixel problem (Complaint# Reference: RNA110519025253, RNA110716034850). After struggling
so much finally received replacement of TV 2 months back.
4) Observed another problem that some of the files like MKV/VOB does not work sometimes as specified in
Manual (Pg.43 under USB device section)
5) I purchased this TV from a top dealer in Hyderabad Adishwar. My requirement was simple before i purchase the tv
(i.e. My tv should play MKV/Blue ray movies and other movie formats). They promised me it is supported tested some
mkv files and finally i purchased this TV. However TV does not play as specified or promised.
6) Reported problem (complaint Ref#RNA110903050866)
7) I was directed to local Hyd CCO to report my concern.
8) I was referred to Technical experts. Without goign through documentation i was told this feature is not supported
9) i was advised to talk to Area manager. Initially was good response as soon as this problem could not be solved.
He stepped back and keep pushing me to contact Adishwar, inspite me tellign this is LG product issue.
10) This complaint is raised on 3rd Sept and many many calls to call center, cco, area manager, escalted to floor supervisor,
I always hear from them talkign to Area manager again which has not solved my problems.
12) Today 16th Sept time just spent without no resoltuion.
13) No direction or next steps given to me inspite of requesting several times.
14) No escalation matrix inspite of requesting higher customer srvice office engagement.
15) Somebody should think out of the box and think to solve th eproblem rather traditional ways of say this TV does not
work with this feature. Also from customer service perspective someone has to think out of box considering sometime they are
consumers.
16) Raised voice of customer request, trust me i don't know if anything been considered seriously.
Since I have no direction and whom to report, I am attempting to raise the concern with this group.
Being LG customer and fan for last 10 years now I am changing my view due to poor service and quality.
My questions:
* Why do you say Life's Good with LG... when it obviously is NOT!
* Who is responsible for LG product Quality... I as a consumer demand my right to speak to the person responsible for quality assurance
* I no longer desire any product from LG... will you offer me MY MONEY BACK...
Please take some time out to look into these issues... I know you might be getting lot of such complaints owing to bad quality products that are shipped to the customer, but it probably is high time when we start giving quality and customer service a serious thought.
Hope it will be in your powers to answer these questions and resolve my issues.
