Free service and Replair not done

Hi

I bought a LG Spilt AC (Model No: LSA5CW2VF1.AE43DR1) on Jan 1st. I called up the LG customer care (Toll Free number) for my 3rd free service and I got a issue with my ac in which it is getting operated via remote. I logged a call on 3rd, November (Request ID: C10B0343747).

A service engineer visited my home on 4th November and he said that there is an issue with my AC display and he needs to replace the display. Also he added that he will do the service once he replace the display and he went back.

And I called the LG service centre in chennai (Ph No: 04445579099) on 8th November and they said they sent the service engineer person the next day and part is with that person and he could not come on monday due to sickness.

Then I did not received any updates till Wednesday (10th November) and I called up the same number again. They said the part is not in store and they have to order it (whereas the previous time they said the part is with the service engineer). They given me a number (Mr. Veera - 9790730258) to get the update regarding the part. When I rang him, he said the part reach them soon and they do service on Saturday (13th November).

I called that person on Saturday, and he picked up the phone and said that he will reach my home in 1 hour and asked me to wait. I waited in my home for 4 hours and no one turned back and when I called the mobile number (Mr. Veera - 9790730258), it is swtiched off. And I called (Ph No: 04445579099), they said that Mr. Veera is on leave today. This really made my patience level shoot up and they are cheating in this manner.

I rang up LG Customer care (Toll Free number), and I am really shocked to hear that the request ID C10B0343747 has been closed long back stating that service has been done.

Then I raised a second request id on the same day (C10B1314090) and they said I will get update them. But no one given me any update on the same till 16th November. Then I called LG Customer care (Toll Free number) again and they said again the ticket has been closed. Also I spoke with escalation Manager Mr. ShivShankar from LG customer care on the same line and he said that the ticket is partially closed since the part has to reach the chennai centre yet. Also he added that I need to call again and everything will be done soon within today.

Today no one tured up to my home and I did not received any updates. So I called up customer care around 08:50PM and I am really shocked to hear that the request id C10B1314090 has been closed stating that part has been replaced successfully. Now I have raised a 3rd request id C10B1833508 and god only knows what will happen.

Its been really POOR SERVICE and BAD REACTION towards customer patience level. I got embarassed that the service centre can't spend Rs. 1 to make a call to update the customer on the delay. I have spent almost 50 rupees for getting updates.

Even LG Customer care toll free number is useless and they are not tracking the actual status for the customer. The best part in this is I am receiving a feedback call from the customer care for the satisiied service without the service been done. PERFECT LG CARE.

PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL and TAKE A QUICK ACTION ON THIS ISSUE. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME UPDATES SINCE I AM TIRED OF MAKING CALLS to 04445579099 and TOLL FREE NUMBER.

TAKE SERIOUS ACTION ON 04445579099 and Mr. Veera - 9790730258 for faking the CUSTOMER.
