Washing Machine not working, No respone from customer acre

My washing machine Elite 5 kg is not working from last week. We have complained at various numbers provided and also registered our complaint online thru your website, but from last 4 days no response has been made from the customer care. My machine is under AMC.

It is very painful... Pl do some overhauling to your customer service department.

Pl help us!!
