I HAVE PURCHASED AN LG 1.5TON WINDOW A.C. FROM LG DEALER IN VIZAG (ANDHRA PRADESH) NAME BREEZE AND FREEZE. OWNER NAME MR.SRINIVAS. I HAD CALLED LG DEALER MR.SRINIVAS IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY TO GET MY A.C. SERVICED BEFORE THE HECTIC SUMMER MONTHS BEGINS. HE ALSO APPRECIATED MY IDEA AS DURING SUMMERS THE TECHNICIANS KEEP VERY BUSY. BREEZE N FREEZE DID NOT SEND ANY TECHNICIAN FOR THE WHOLE OF FEB & MARCH. THEN I STARTED CALLING LG CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLLFREE NO.1800-180-9999 AND REQUESTED TO SEND A TECHNICIAN TO SERVICE MY A.C. I SPOKE TO ONE PRAVIN WHO SAID A TECHNICIAN WILL ATTEND IN NEXT 24HRS AND GAVE ME A COMPLAIN NO.RNA110505020676. THEN AFTER 4 DAYS I SPOKE TO RAVI WHO SAID THE SAME AND GAVE ME THIS NO.RNA 110509066229. ITS ALMOST A WEEK NOW AND OUR COMPLAIN IS ONLY GETTING REGISTERED BUT NO RESPONSE. FURTHER NO CSE OF LG EVEN BOTHERS TO GUIDE US HOW DO WE GO ABOUT AND GET OUR A.C.SERVICED. PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION SO THAT WE CONSUMERS DONT FEEL CHEATED AND FRUSTRATED EVEN AFTER PAYING SO MUCH.
