I HAD PURCHACED A LG AIR CONDITIONER TWO YEARS BACK..ON 2-4 IT WAS DETECTED WITH WATER LEAKAGE AND THE COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED WITH LG CUSTOMER SERVICE.[JOB N0-RNA110402017090], A TECHNICIAN CAME TO MY HOME ON 4-4-11 AND AFTER THE PRELIMINARY CHECK UP, TOLD ME THAT WATER LEAKAGE COULD BE RECTIFIED BY DOING MAINTENANCE SERVICE.ACTUALLY THE LEAKAGE WAS DUE TO THE BLOCKAGE OF DRAINAGE TUBE, INSTEAD OF UNBLOCKING IT, THE TECHNICIAN DID THE WHOLE SERVICE AND HE DID CHARGED ME FOR THAT .BUT THAT COMPLAINT STILL PERSISTS, i HAVE FREQUENTLY CONTACTED THAT TECHNICIAN, BUT HE IS REFUSING TO TURN UP..HENCE I URGE YOU TO INTERVENE IN THIS MATTER URGENTLY AND ASK THE LG AUTHRITIES TO GET IT REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY
