I BOUGHT AN LG SPLIT A/C 1 TONNE ON 30TH OCT'2010 FROM CROMA SHOWROOM WHICH IS AT T.NAGAR.AND JUST AFTER 5 MONTHS IN APRIL MY AC HAD FAULT. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH CUSTOMER CARE ON 3/5/11((COMPLAINT NO: RNA110506063175)). A TECHNICIAN CAME AND CHECKED AND REMARKED AS COMPRESSOR FAILED. A NEW COMPRESSOR HAS TO BE FIXED. AFTER THAT NOBODY HAS TURNED UP. REASON: NO STOCK... NO STOCK... NO STOCK... THEN WHY THE HELL DO THEY RUN THEIR COMPANY IF THEY HAVE NO STOCK??? NOW IT IS 10 DAYS NO AC IN THIS COOL SUMMER . IT IS THE WORST EVER SERVICE TILL DATE. DO NOT BUY ANY LG PRODUCT, EVEN IF THEY GIVE FREE OF COST.
