I had purchased two split LG Air Conditioner on May 14. It is not even about 3 weeks not the 1.5 ton has started giving the trouble. The AC is not providing the cooling as it should be. We did inform the customer care and the response was pathetic. First they informed us that they were not able to find any complaints launched, later when we got irrate they informed us that the were able to find the complaint launched. However, I am not sure what LG is trying to do with their Customers. Later the customer care representative gave the Service Center's Supervisor's number to get in touch with. There was no empathy shown by the supervisor "Devi" instead the lady started explaining about the norms. When we asked about the expectation setting she was quite. To a greater surprise LG has hired the supervisor who was not able to communicate in a proper language. Whenever we had called in for the follow up they have promised that the technician will be there in the residence in about 2 hours. We like a fool believing them sit in the house thinking that the technician will be coming. It been about 2 days now and no one has turned up.. This would be most bitter experience ever i would have had in my life time. It is highly disappointing to see the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by LG.
