LG - Life's Good?? Life is Bad,
too many gatekeepers between the customer and the authorized LG Person .. Call Centre is not really understanding the customer's problem. when needed to speak to a Manager that too they are not transfering the call.
We really don't see any email communication which can be directly monitored by managers.
LG is very pathetic and SAD, Please dont go for the LG Product where the service would really screw you and the Tech team will never understand your feelings...
