I have purchased Samsung Mobile model SGH-B520HAAINS from Planet M Thane store Tembhi Naka on 31/12/08. IMEI NO 35760920355344.This set give problem from October 1 & on 28/10 its completely dead. So on 1/11 I contacted Planet M branch at Malhar as their unit at Tembhi Naka closed. Salesman took my complaint & told me its having problem of connection strip we will send it to Samsung service station will get estimate & communicate to head office & Head office will issue us estimate amount & then we will get it repaired. It will almost take one month. They get my address & Land line Number. I contacted them in-between they assure me to came next week. Its almost 2 months has passed but i have not yet received my Mobile now I am loosing my patience. I am just going though no.of complaint about Planet M If any body can help us getting our problem solved.
