Subject: bad experience in very first day from lg.
Dear sir, my complaint is yesterday I bought a lg 22inch lcd and a semi automatic washing machine from lg shoppe sargam electronics at ashok vihar new delhi. My customer id are c1031827041 c1031826843 so after making a payment dealer commit me he can send my products after a hour and also he lodge the installation and demo complaint at lg customer care so I received a call from lg service engineer after a hour engineer no is 9711187928 so he told me he was sitting in tilak nagar locality for my call I told him still I had not received my products so he replied me he were be sitted there till 6pm after that he will come tomorrow I told him why so sitted there just go and attend others calls why u wasting ur time so he replied me no its ok I can wait so that I said ok later the delievery boy of sargam electronics came at my home and he said to my mom these are ur product just take it we are living in first floor so my mom is not able to do this after all his responsibility to put the products at my floor and he was talking about money u have to pay more for this or take it by urself so that time I loose my cool and talking to dealer regarding this and they are taking very lightly specially harvinder singh working at dealer end so after talking to dealer I helped him to put the product at my floor ok so after that I called a company guy at 9711187928 so he assured me he will come by tomorrow morning at 10 am and today I called him at 11:20 but he had not picked my phone so I called at customer care than I got second surprise ur executive told me we can provide services 10:30 to 4:30pm his name is sandeep so I told him no body came for installation and he is giving me some funny accuses so again I told him just send a reminder to them again he is also taking my complaint very lightly and I asked him for no and name of senior authority or any board of directors (md) but he told me he don’t know any name and no of lg authority so after a hour I received a call from ur service engineer no 9711187916 he asked me sir u want to install ur lcd or not I told him what a stupid question its so he replied me u want to install or not so I told him ok so please come around 1pm engineer visited and install my lcd and specially he wear a earring on his ears so after some time I received a call from ur next service engineer for a washing machine demo so he is confirming to me tell me when I will come for demo so I gave him the deviation of 4:30 to 7:30 pm so he refused me to attend the call he said to me he will not attend the calls after that and I will come tomorrow so give me the time so that I replied him as ur wish whenever u want to come or not depend on u I m not giving u any time so he disconnect the phone so I think today lg has changed the norms of service and the service engineer behaviors and also you allow them to wear earrings and they work with there convenience they don’t want to know about customer so today it is very very worst bad experience with me from lg in one day so I don’t know what happened in future bcz in service industry if u want to be no one so u have to listen ur customer very carefully u have to understand what customer want from any company I thought lg Is just spending money in advertising so u have to spend some money at ur call center and service engineers skills improvement and customer care training it was my biggest mistake to trust or faith in lg I was so wrong and I will make sure ur company me my family and my neighbors my friends circle my relative even my every contact will not do this mistake again. Very bad and worst experience with u soon u will see this compliments in lot of blog in many websites.
