Complaint unattended

I had registerd a complaint with lg for my washing machine on 28 march. Till now it has not been attended. The customer care just provides many numbers to contact many of which are not not working and the remaning behave rudely or dont provide satisfactory anwers.

within 6 months of purchase of the washing machine this is the 3rd complaint.
