Since last one month my LG make Airconditioner failed & is under warranty. We have registered 3 complain with LG help line & also sent mail to head office for 3 times. But poor response. After 3 complain Service center person visited the site & taken the AC back for Compressor replacement. As per them spare compressor not available in Mumbai & after receiving from Noida only theywill replace faulty compressor. Within 10 months of purchase Compressor failed. Since last 12 days Service center person are waiting for new compressor. Kindly help to contact rightperson at LG Head office.
