i had registered a complaint with your customer care . my request id is c1068924255.

a service engineer visited my house and informed me that the spring lid is faulty. the spring has broken and it needs to be replaced.

this visit was on 25th june. i am yet to get my machine repaired after repeated requests.

we need the drier more often than the washing section during the monsoon. kindly look into the matter
