Sir,
I registered a complaint (C1092308801) for maintenance of LG Window Air conditioner which i had bought 4 months back on 23.09.2010. Warranty expires on April 20th' 2011. I receieved a feedback that my AC would be repaired with in 24 hours, but nobody bothered to give nme a call even.
I kept on reminding in customer support cell and called up four times for maintenance. But in vain.
Kindly help as i am in great trouble and i feel cheated by LG india.
