W /M not working

MY complaint no. RNA 101212068925 Dated 12/12/10. My machine is with L G from 13 /12/10. and still no news.

My previous complaint nos. for same complaint are: ID 310B2725104 Dt.27/11/10, C 10A0423561, C 10A2800037, C10B0925356, C10B1600379.

In last 3 months my machine had been in workshop for more than a month. Still the status is the same. No senior offical comes forth to talk. Please Help.
